Corn Field Maze

Halloween is quickly approaching. This time of year reminds me of colorful, fall leaves, shorter days, and a shift in the weather. Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year, and today I wanted to make the most of it by going to a local corn maze.

The Portland Timbers host a corn maze at the pumpkin patch out at Sauvie Island near downtown Portland. Having never been there before, I thought it would be fun to go check it out.

The corn maze was much larger than I expected! There were ten stopping points along the way, with hints and clues to help you maneuver your way through the maze. I didn’t realize that these were available to use until I was quite a ways into the maze already. Luckily for me, as a jet setter, I’ve had to become pretty adept at finding my way around. It’s good to know these way-finding skills come in handy when lost in a corn maze.
